Well, what a surprise after SWMBO picked up an eco pot for $45 and tested it out with a piece of silverside. What an amazing cooking appliance! Silverside was absolutely melt in mouth stuff, along with vegies. Cooking preparation time was approx 30 mins before leaving to cook. Must follow up on JimRic...

Starting to get he hang of cooking on weber Q, Absolutly the greatest thing, Once I learn a bit more I am sure the waist line will suffer badly! open to any tips and reciepies. Only feeding one so seems a bit of over kill but dosnt stink up the MH.
