No fuss Pizza base

Mix enough S/R flour with enough plain yogurt to make a kneabable dough. Quantities will vary depending on yogurt used .I use approximately 1&1/2 cups S/R  flour. Cook base for 5 mins before putting topping on top if you want a crispy base.  Oops forgot to mention i also have used sour cream in place of yogurt.

Another good base is made from 1. 3/4 cups S/R flour 1/2 parmesan cheese 1/4 cup veg or olive oil 2/3 boiling water.

Place flour and cheese in bowl.Make a well in dry ingredients add oil boiling water, stir with fork to combine. Kneed just toombine. Cover in plastic wrap and set aside some where warm while preparing pizza topping. Roll out dough to suit pizza tray or stone.i use these two methods for pizza base all the time, they  make pizza cooked in baby Q so yummy...confuse

Sounds good. Although I have used yeast and plain flour and it makes a lovely thin, crispy base. I like the toppings on the pizza more than I like the base so I prefer a really thin base!

Thank you so much. Not done pizza in the Q yet. I do love it though.
