Coconut cake

1 cup SR flour 1 cup coconut 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup milk Very easy. Just stir together and pour into cake or small log tin. I cooked for first time in my cobb using a small silicone cake pan. Delicious eaten hot with lashings of butter and nice cup of tea.

Nobake honey,date ricebubbles slice

Melt 125 gm unsalted butter in large saucepan. Add 1/2 cup honey Add 1 cup chopped dates, soften then mash with potato masher. Cool slightly then add 4 cups rice bubbles & mix well Into slice tray on baking paper & sprinkle with coconut. Chil then cut into squares.
