Isolation whilst on the road

I am curious if anyone on here has had to isolate whilst on the road. Where did you go/stay and how did you get on? I know some have the set ups to go bush for a while, but not all can do that or you're not in the right location. So tell us your hints, tips, ideas and practical solutions. Thanks.
