I have been considering installing a diesel heater on my caravan there seems to be 2 or 3 options. Two are very expensive compared to the Snuggler. Could members with experience of these Air Heaters please Give me their opinion of which to buy and why? The Snugger I see is Chinese but looks similar to the...

At last I have kicked this issue. It seemed (at one stage) that if I didnt have the van sitting on its back wall the RCD (safety switch) would pop every time it rained due to water in the airconditioner. It follows that when this unit was operating the "tank" or whatever filled up and pop no 240V...

My battery in Swan charged by a Setec. When I fit solar to charge that battery and a second battery what do I have to do or better to fit inverter and run a charger such as a Ctec. I have 150w solar and 2 100ah batteries

We have a Dometic roof mount air con model CAL136.312 (product number 991650423) that is spitting out what I can only describe as a very, very fine white granulated particles. It annoys me that people persist in using tape on caravan park taps before screwing their fittings and hose on . The rubber washer inside the fitting does the sealing and not the tape ! The easier the fitting screws on the better the seal !

I think its AS2760 that outlines the reasons and procedures for testing portable and fixed electrical appliances (its been a long time). In essence it says that all class one (earthed) appliances need at least 1,000,000 ohms resistance between active, neutral and the earth of an appliance and less...

Can anyone give us advice on wikicamps. We are currently in Darwin, but the tablet/wiki thinks we are in Kununurra. For a long time it thought we were still in Perth, which is where we were when we bought the tablet. Any ideas on how to change the settings would be appreciated.
