The Hunter freeway from west of Newcastle (near Newcastle link road on F3/M1) to the New England Hwy near Branxton will open tomorrow (Sat. 22nd March). If heading north there is no need to go via Cessnock or through Maitland etc. Will save a lot of frustating traffic and time. Patto.
