The written and unwritten rule on all forums is you only correct spelling or grammar if there is a doubt as to the meaning or the senders intention.
I do not think anyone here was in doubt as to what the opening poster meant by using the word moran instead of moron
A lot of members have not had the benefit of a good English education or use English as a second or third language and they do pretty well I think.
