Its blowing a gale and raining cats and dogs here in Nq. There have also been a number of crashes involving caravans and tugs. The windy conditions caused the death wobbles for a van west of Townsville with the van destroyed. Alsotraffic accidents at the Elliot river bridge, sthof town and Rollingstone nth of here.Very slippery on the roads. Take care! Bill
Not good Bill. Must say though it is the most rain we have had here in tropical Townsville since the Cyclone and the Avan has again got water all under and around. The side of my daughters house seems to be low so doesn't take much with rain and water off the roof cos the down pipes empty onto the ground not down storm water drains here in Townsville. Thank goodness I put big pavers down on road base as steps leading from back door to Avan door after the Cyclone, phew!
