I recently saw one of these being used by a vehicle examiner who told me that he could tell by the readings the thickness of paint as to whether it was the original coat or had been re-sprayed (ie: had been in an accident). The gauge he had was similar to the one shown on this link; http://www.defelsko.c...

There's no curvature on the surface, but it's a very dangerous mirror. I don't know if I've cut off anyone as I return to the left land after overtakin...

Dining Table has the Wobbles - Wineglass type base - 8 YO in Jayco Heritage - I have had the base sandblasted & powder coated. Now the leg to base is just a tad loose so the table top at the ends ends can move up & down quite a bit. We do need to keep the rotation. I think the easy answer is to shim the leg &...

Does anyone travel with the rear vent of the four seasons hatch open to remove hot air from the van? I see vans traveling with the shower cubicle vent open to remove moisture, odors. If this works would the rear vent of the four seasons hatch have the same effect? Cheers Pete

I'm about to have a 150 watt solar panel mounted on the motor home.s roof. I've been told that a DC charger is better than a regulator because the regulator wastes about 1/3 of the power. My knowledge of solar is nil and I would much appreciate the views of the experts on here.
