Hi Guys; This may be a little out there, but since purchasing my 4X4 i have found that tyre pressure is critical to its handling. Additionally, I noticed a slight pull to the right at 100kph a few months back and stupidly ignored it. The massive bang accompanied with a steering difficulty (nothing dan...

Interesting the LDV eT60 @ $93,000 is a fit for a tradie or grey nomad ?The eT60 is based on a regular T60 Max Pro, which costs $43,148 for private buyers when paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The Pro trim level is the entry-point to the T60 model range and unlike more expensive Luxe versions, i...

I get most of my Australian news from ABC local radio and ABC News Radio but I have not heard a peep on even one of their news broadcasts about Senator Lidia Thorp who, it appears, was recently cavorting in the street outside a Melbourne strip club at 1am loudly accusing men of having small penises. Unusu...

Hi folks, Looking to manoeuvre a van nose in to an RV garage so I can use it as a spare bedroom - ie with access door opposite side to wall. My research has narrowed it down to the above 2. Has anyone had any real world experience with either? Van will be a 3500 kg dual axle (actual weight about 3350 kg). Thank...

Wonder about the towball weight on this setup. Front axle of trailer is a lot further up inside the mudguard than is the rear axle, and rear of car appears to be a lot closer to the ground than does the front. Another driver with no idea? Cheers

I'm sitting in my caravan on Kerang Racecourse, Victoria gazing through the window at a block of silos and realising I have no idea how they work. They store grain, I realise, but how does it get in there? And out? What are the chimney like things for? What is the tall dark grey tower for? These are mysteri...

I have an old Uniden 1/3 w hand held UHF, only used 3 times in about 16 years. I have kept it charged every 3-4 months over the years and the battery surprisingly seems fine. After seeing the home page today about CB radio's I decided to try to sit it some where in the car. fits perfectly in the sun glasses hol...

Hi off to cape york soon, is it ok to put a gas bottle in cabin of the ute or in the ute tub part that has a canopy but houses my dual battery system. thanks.

I'm driving north along the North West Coastal Highway. Travelling in slip on unit on a 4X4 Hilux extra cab tray back. Stopping overnight at places I've stayed at before..., often well off the highway..., away from the noise of rumbling road trains, gensets, large 'gin palace' caravans replete with...

This is all that holds the roof J bracket on, 2 screws that barely make it through the actual roof extrusion. But they use two per bracket, so that works

I have a question for the more seasoned travellers out there. I am touring Tasmania for 7 weeks in my R.V. Today during very bad wind and rain, my 3x3 gazebo was torn out the ground and tumbled into another bay behind and below me. The two people in the hired camper van helped me return it to my bay, whic...
