In a month's time we are doing a trip on the River Road from Hume Village to Corryong. I noted a reserve at River Murray Reserve due east of Walwa, as I am keen to wet a line in the upper Murray at any opportunity. It says the Murray River reserve is Non PV. I think it means "Photovoltaic", which I think is an...

Hi, I have a Suburban SW6DEA hot water heater in the van. this morning i had no hot water. Can't find any fuses or cut out switches. All circuit breakers are in the on position. It is heating the water fine when using the gas. I can only think maybe the heating element is not working and if so is there a way to...

HI All, I am looking at changing my AGM's to Lithium. My inbuilt 240V charger is Lithium capable but my solar controller is not, I intend to change that to a new MPPT Lithium able. Ok, blokes probably dont know this, wives and partners probably do. I split my thumb nail pulling down knots, pain and blood. A dob of superglue on the split, press it together with a narrow edge, let it cure and file off the jagged edges. No pain, it doesnt catch.

We travel the east coast with our Labradoodle and we are on the look out for dog friendly golf courses. We know that Nambucca Heads Island Golf Club allows leashed dogs on their course, Nambour GC allows leashed dogs kept in the cart only, and Macksville GC reckon they'd allow leashed dogs on course. ...

I am planning to do the run from Bourke thru to Wentworth. During a study of the maps they indicate there are 2 possible routes; 1 road on the western side of the Darling, and 1 on the eastern side. Not wanting to down 1 and return on the other, I am seeking suggestions from fellow travellers as to which road...

Hello I was wondering if anyone has driven to Cape Leveque and the Bays over the past couple of days. Visitor Information suggested that the drive out to Beagle Bay could have water and/or high risk of being bogged due to recent rain. We are in Broome and it was on my bucket list to see Cape Leveque. How...

Hi all. Anyone out there that has replaced the old 150mm x 90mm exterior awning lights with the new Led type? I'm looking at a 3 colour light on ebay for around $60. Supposed to fit the same as old mounting holes. I'm not sure how bright they are either. Any ideas or input would be much appreciated thanks.
