A man is attending the funeral of a close friend. One of the mourners sitting in the row him behind stands up and admits he owes the deceased an outstanding debt of $100. I am a man of my word, he says, as he drops 10 $10 notes into the open coffin and makes his way back to his seat. This prompts another mourner...

Don't enjoy having to get down to change the tank selector over - usually a tank will run out at night! Jayco have the selector under the van usually on the main beam of the chassis, while Coromal have the valves inside on the floor in a cupboard. Has anyone else replaced their tank selector with a bette...

A friend told me today that a friend of hers recently bought a Wacaco NanoPresso and loves the coffee so much that he has packed away his expresso machine at home and only uses this now. And it is lightweight (336 grams), so great for caravanning. Has anyone on this forum tried one of these? If so, what a...

I've been told that most tyre rims on vans are not balanced, is this correct. Went & checked all four rims on my new van & yep - not balanced. Should they be? Does it make any difference if they are not balanced or it's nothing to worry about?

Members of the forum - what gauge of wire do you suggest I wire a break-away switch to the van brakes? Is so-called 4mm, 15A (1.85mm2 wire size) that Repco sells, suitable? I'm thinking heavier (4mm wire). My van does not have to have this system fitted but taking macca17's advice (from an earlier pos...
