I have a generator that i think is quiet but others may have other ideas any way does anyone know if there is any type of sound proof box or simalar that is available on the after market ?????? as i dont want to be a noisie bugger

Hooked the van up to power this weekend to make sure all was good. Checked the next day and the fridge, set at low, was running at -4c. The bench over the fridge was warm to touch. The fridge is a 3 way, probably 23 years old. Any ideas? Hendo
