I was looking at a Navara at the dealer here in Mandurah and he offered to set up a tow test with a 3 ton van so it is well worth asking the question

Had a look at Fussballs link to the Ranger blog, a couple of problems with one vehicle, hardly a reason to diss a vehicle when there are so many owners out there who are extremely happy. Never had a problem with mine.

As for problems with Rangers on mine sites, I worked at a mine once and would be surprised if any vehicle could  survive the environment and some of the idiots that drive them.  There's no doubt the Landcruiser 200 is the best tug around but be prepared to peel off  $20,000.
