Melt 125 gm unsalted butter in large saucepan.

Add 1/2 cup honey

Add 1 cup chopped dates, soften then mash with potato masher.

Cool slightly then add 4 cups rice bubbles & mix well

Into slice tray on baking paper & sprinkle with coconut. Chil then cut into squares.
