I want to put a diode on a main wire from the battery. I do know a diode allows current to flow one way but not the other. The maximum amps that this wire would be possibly drawing would be 12V 10 amps. Can someone tell me the type of diode I should get and its number/name? Thanks

Have to say this forum has pretty much turned into a venue for smut, poor taste and foul language. There are theories about people regressing to childish behaviour as they age, perhaps this is proof. I'm not a prude, I enjoy a witty joke as much as anyone, very little wit displayed here any more.

As a long time coffee drinker I have struggled to find a good reason to invest in a coffee machine. Not the ones that run on capsules of souped up chickory and additives, but the drip-thru kind that emulates the coffee shops and restaurants. I have tried the machines numerous times, but I am sure that t...

Hi, I'm looking for some feedback of pros and cons before I buy one. These are both the same price. For me, the Ziggy has an advantage of the lid being able to fold under for ease of storage. I would have to store the Weber with the lid removed (not a serious problem). They both look similar in construction a...
