I heard this works on anyone with arthritis, wd40 or crc sprayed where the arthritis is, I told a fellow nomad and he tried it and said it works great.

Never having needed to do this I have noticed some GN's order stuff to be delivered to the next town they visit or a town nearby. Are these items delivered to you C/O PO so and so and if so is there any charge at the PO when you collect it, particularly large items??? Thanks Vic
