Can someone advise the current condition of the unsealed road into and out of birdsville ?

Hi We have to quarantine in our van for 2 weeks with a dog. We also have to be reasonably accessible to COVID swabbing. Any park suggestions would be great. We can free camp but probably water would not last the 14 days. Thanks in advance DebD
