Yep, I've done it again! I went to sit on an office chair in Officeworks and it slid from under me and I lost my balance, bashing my upper right arm on a fixture on my way to the floor. How embarrassing! And I said bad words! So there's a good bruise coming up. By tomorrow it'll be a lovely colour!

I didn't put this in "What's Cooking" as It is not a recipe as such. I saw on a cooking show recently that if you crack an egg on a flat surface you don't get egg shell in your food.
