I have a friend who needs to eat Gluten Free food. During experiments with various recipes we came across Buckwheat flour. Even if you are not into gluten free food try making pancakes with Buckwheat Flour. Use your favourite recipe and enjoy a nice change.

Hi everyone, I have been able to make another trip to one of my favourite destinations. Singapore at present is hotter than usual (36c) but what a magical country it is. I have been coming here off and on for the past 40+ years and the development of the island state has been quite remarkable. For a nation...

After calling in to Keith and Maggies (a fantastic stop over) I now find that because of Keith letting me have first look at his delivered caravan magazine, I need a Happy Wanderer TV Tuning gizzmo. As I am sure that a few members afre well aware, the tuning of the TV often results in an argument. You know...

My 'little' brother is turning 50 on Monday. It feels a bit weird to me particularly because he was born on my 8th birthday. Our grandfather came up from Victoria to visit, which is the only time I ever remember seeing him. Mum had made my birthday cake, but hadn't yet iced it when she had to go to hospital....

This is a great spot......no facilities tho This morning there was a flock of pelicans over on the lagoon next to the roadworks sight. At some stage the roadworks people have made the creek wider and deeper in that area. Emus walking past and a fox coming in the evening on top of this places to walk as well...

This is a big ask, could when we post our camp site, please attach, if possible a grid reference. I would love to be able to add them to my map so I don't miss them when travelling, I have an electronic map...

We like to go to the MR every few weeks for the peace and serenity the river offers. Our favorite spot is at Walker Flat. Two weeks ago we arrived around 2pm and set up camp. There was a poptop ahead of me and another ahead of him. About 2.30pm 2 cars of 20 something turned up with 4 boys and 1 girl. They were pla...
