I have noticed that a number of CP's amenity blocks quite often have no plugs for the basins. I carry 3 different sized rubber plugs cut from old car tubes. The three sizes make it easier to fit any plug hole. They have come in handy many times. They don't leak either. ( Old army trick) Kevin

We are in Broken Hill and would like to visit Coward Srings, can any one tell us what the condition of the road is from Roxby Downs to Coober Pedy via William Creek. We are towing a large van with a Land Rover Defender. Any info appreciated. Landy

Spent the wet grey day driving around the Tweed Coast and looked at a couple of caravan parks, namely Fingal Head, Pottsville and Kingscliff and it seems that they all charge around $34-$45 per night for a powered site. After working for 3 months in Cobram, Victoria, the work ran out and it got cold so I've run up the middle to Darwin. A great trip that has taken me a month.
