When I designed my 3.2 metres long van (1.9H, 1.9W) we did so incorporating a shower and port a potti.
I'm not posting to brag about my design ability but this shower tray measurement is 960x565mm. That area allows for the potti, shower and the convenience of turfing wet clothes and shoes when needed....
