Just heard the most amazing titanic fact:- after sitting at the bottom of the ocean when they found it and explored the great ship, amazingly the swimming pool was still full!!!!! I really did LOL, maybe you had to be there to hear this fact.

Les was driving his truck from Port Adelaide to the Barrosa, he was driving behind a van towing a big boat, he said he saw the boat trailer sway slightly, the driver corrected it, then it did it again but this time the trailer is swaying and the van was swaying too. Anyone noticed the flurry of articles in the media about BB's and SMSF people buying up all the houses? Apparently this is one of the reasons given by FHB for house prices staying so high. I don't know all that many BB who finished work with enough cash to go out and have a real impact on the housing market....
