Just got back from a month long trip to central/west NSW, across to the cenral coast, back along the coast home to Carngham. Wanted to send my disabled brother who is in a nursing home a postcard, but didn't see any anywhere! Seems like they are a thing of the past! Collo.

Wish I put more effort in studying paper & cardboard planes in primary school. Waxed paper or cardboard is very difficult for radar to see. Paper planes vs $50m metal planes. Paper wins!

Maybe I am showing my age,but does anyone remember the games we used to play in the streets when we were young,like. Paper chase,Poison ball, rounders,hopscotch,hide and seek,ect. And when the street light came on,time to go home for tea.

Yep, 31/8/23 is the last day of winter. Just woke up to very thick fog and freezing cold After a thunder storm last night. It's nice to know I will now be waking up to sun shining, nice and warm with clear blue skies from tomorrow. Enjoy but keep safe out there everyone.
