replacing a globe on outside of a Supreme Getaway poptop?

Hi, one of our permanents is having difficulty figuring out how to replace the outside globe on her outdoor light? She said she unscrewed the cover but could not get to teh bulb, it was still behind a sheet of plastic? Any helpful ideas would be appreciated?

Bull bar

hi guys, we recently purchased a 1990 hiace, it has a bull bar and spare wheel on front. The wife since put a cover on the wheel. My question is, will the spare wheel on front and the cover restrict air flow to the radiator. There is no spare wheel bracket underneath etc. thanks in advance.
