Cracked Chassis

Has anybody experienced cracks in chassis of 2005 Geist 485 Van? It would seem there are a few and we are stranded until a solution is obtained. Aluminium corrosion on A van.

Im getting little bubbles, about the size of a 10 cent piece, under the paint on the side of my aluminium van. Looks like wates is getting under the paint and causing corrosion.
Does anyone have any ideas what's causing this and what to do with the corrosion. Does rust converter work on aluminium?

ok....I'm trying to find out and haven't yet found what I'm looking for.....if a charger input wattage is say recorded as '250' - is it less at float?
