My first turkey was a huge success, and something we will do again. To recap from a previous thred, I hate turkey, always found it dry and stringy, but this year we were given one. I used Jamie Oliver's recipe with a bit of Nigella Lawson thrown in for good measure. Beautiful, moist, sweet meat............

1 Tub Sour Cream, sugar to taste, kahlua or bailey's to taste. Beat all together, chill and serve with strawberries and little choc flakes. Very nice with a wine on a hot day.
