Wheel Pressure when on rough corrogated dirt roads

Hi all.. Need some advice.. what is the best pressure to have my Iveco MH wheels at when traveling on rough corrogated roads.. MH weighs 4500kgs They are currently at 79psi (as per door card).. The MH shakes like mad when going on them... Took 1/2 hour to do 12ks... any help would be nice.. Mike
