Does anyone knows what companies, besides NRMA do roadside assist for breakdown/accident of 4wd/ and a van off 2wd track. NRMA have advise mainly only do recovery on 2wd roads? Makes it a bit hard if you like national parks, state forests and outback australia. Appreciate you input.

We do a lot of forest and national park camping, wondering what policies cover fallen trees and branches. Have you had a claim and what was it like dealing with the insurance company. Thanks

And if so any suggestion for camping spots on the way as I had heard that the camp ground at the Burdekin is closed....

Morning everyone, Do we need to ask council, if we wanted to use our registered van, as accommodation for a family member who has been displaced. We tried MR. Google just now . Any knowledge on this would be helpful. Before approaching our local Council. Old & Grey

Hi all Going away with a group of ladies, one of the stops being the caravan park at Crystal Creek. Wondering if the road up to both Little Crystal Creek and Big Crystal Creek and Paluma is ok. I do have a 4WD. And if the water is easily accessible (due to a few oldies). Be nice now.

Is the road into Oma waterhole sealed or dirt. Is dirt is it suitable for a non-offroad van?

Is it just me or do others consider it disrespectful when others walk through your site at a caravan park instead of walking around or at a minimum walking between sites if too lazy to go round. No wonder so many kids have no respect when adults who should know better set such a poor example
