A lovely spot by the tributary of the Murray River. Fresh water, toilet block.Shade. Rod and I are having a great time here as it is close to Albury, Wodonga, Rutherglen if you have the urge to do these things. The river is cold but will brave it before we leave or pretend too. Happy traveliing

This will have to be a powered site as our fridge in the van is not holding the temperature and we have no 12 volt power to the fridge. Hopefully someone in Wodonga will be able to fix this for us after New year

The Sandalwood CP at Wardell (a few kilometres south of Ballina), even in the week leading up to Christmas, charged us just $25/night for a powered site - far less than some of their competitors up and down the north coast. It's a very pleasant park, lots of room, shady spots if you prefer.

Casino's Glen Villa Caravan Park is well worth a visit. On the Bruxner Highway at the eastern end of Casino, but set well back from the road behind lots of trees, it's very quiet with good amenities and friendly, helpful people. Has anyone else stayed at them little gem just outside of Morwell/Traralgon It's a council run park with really nice caretakers right on the water edge only five minutes from town. Loved it was really nice cheap CP Clean amenities and small shop for papers and milk Ect

This is a Top Tourist Park so you get the 10% discount if you are a member but you also get 3c/lt off the petrol if you stay here - park is behind the service station. It's on the highway but there's a good sound barrier between the sites and highway. Nice clean facilities. $29/night less discount.

Despite being in 2012 Qld caravan park guide and Caravan Park on the post at beginning of road, Harts CP has closed down. Leaves two CPs only in Warwick - there are no signs to say it is closed. Just 'No Entry - private property' - bit rude.
