I heard the sad news today that Dennis Waterman has died in Spain aged 74. He was a great actor appearing in The Sweeney, Minder and New Tricks as well as several films. I thought both Minder and New Tricks were much lesser shows after he left. A truly sad loss to the entertainment industry.
