Stopped in at Pussy Cat Flats at the Pine Creek Turf Club NT for a few days last week & really enjoyed ourselves, $8.50 pp-pn powered site. It was well kept & clean with level turf sites. There is only one meeting annually but I think they only accommodate vans in the dry season. The manager, Renn...

Met the owners of this Coaster in Rocky today. They're on their way to your neck of the woods Bill. Weren't sure how a Coaster would go on the Island, so I suggested they get in touch with you on the Forum . Hope you don't mind. In case they just arrive without contacting you, here are a few Pics of the Coast...

I am just wondering how hard is it to raise the roof on a Jayco Penguin (I think that is the one with no ends sticking out?). Also does the winder mechanism ever give trouble and if it does can you still raise the roof by another method??? Thanks

Hi I have installed a Tekonsha P3 brake controller, and I notice that it appears to be ' on ' all the time. Is this normal? I considered putting a switch in the negative line, but wanted to check first. There is no van connected at this time, just getting ready. I replaced the Haynam Reece controller wit...

I have a friend who needs to eat Gluten Free food. During experiments with various recipes we came across Buckwheat flour. Even if you are not into gluten free food try making pancakes with Buckwheat Flour. Use your favourite recipe and enjoy a nice change.

Hi everyone, I have been able to make another trip to one of my favourite destinations. Singapore at present is hotter than usual (36c) but what a magical country it is. I have been coming here off and on for the past 40+ years and the development of the island state has been quite remarkable. For a nation...

My 'little' brother is turning 50 on Monday. It feels a bit weird to me particularly because he was born on my 8th birthday. Our grandfather came up from Victoria to visit, which is the only time I ever remember seeing him. Mum had made my birthday cake, but hadn't yet iced it when she had to go to hospital....
