Well I finally bought our new tow vehicle, 2004, Land Cruiser 100 series GXL. It's 4.2TD and an automatic. In the the Patrol I towed in 4th gear, never went into top and at around 80 to 90ks. About 4k west of Burnie - Cooee Point - large grassed area, dump point and water, rubbish tins. Nearest toilets at next parking area, west. Shopping very easy at Somerset, IGA, bakery and cafes etc. CAW #5 - no. 233 - permit required from Info Centre (Burnie) free.

Great spot here in Tassy - Pioneer Park, Riana, Tasmania - CAW #5 - No. 228 - Approx. $14 for power and water, flushing toilets, hot showers ($1) - rubbish tins, childrens playground, bbq shelters, fireplaces - well maintained.
