We have been moving ever so slowly towards the top of the York Peninsula and came across the camp spot at Sawn Reach. What a greatlace to stop for the night and decieded to stay another day. Right on the great Murray River with so much bird life out our front door, what a view to behold. Will be moving onto Be...

This beaut spot is only a short walk to town, situated next to Wollombi Brook. Sites are amongst shady trees and there is plenty of room to spread out, as the area is huge, but it would be a good idea to arrive early on week ends. Always someone stopped there so would always feel safe and secure GPS - 32 4457 7...

I had the opportunity to put a face to a name of one of our forum members. While recently in Rockhampton I was kindly offered hospitality by Sheba for a couple of nights. It was so nice to meet another someone from the forum. I seems I have just missed nearly everyone by a few days or so this trip. It was l...

We moved here to Coffs Harbour two months ago and this is the first heavy rain we have experienced here. Up to this morning we had 106mm and up to 4pm today we have had a further 125mm. I really feel sorry for those campers visiting Coffs. Our house is on the side of a hill so we shouldn't have to worry...

We have thought about buying a 12v charger for the IPad. We currently use an inverter for charging it in the motorhome. Does anyone know which method uses more power from the battery? Or are they both about the same?
