I had this sent to me recently and thought how true it is of life. At birth we boarded the train and met our parents, and we believe they will always travel on our side. However, at some station our parents will step down from the train leaving us on this journey alone. As time goes by, other people will boar...

Our neighbour downs a Drone, For weeks we have heard this thing flying over our homes and over our pools last weekend. Noisy bloody thing it is. Our Neighbour reported it to the police, telling them it has a camera and can take photo's of his kids in the pool. When we arrived home tonight, he came ov...

Has any Fiat Ducato Ovation owner relocated the spare wheel/tyre from underneath the vehicle to, say, on a rack or carrier mounted on a tow bar? I anticipate that retrieving the spare after suffering a flat tyre on anything but a flat surface will be very difficult and harder when you're a senior! All...

The hot water temperature over the sink in our van is very hot so alls good there, the bathroom hot water is only just warm, so I found the tempering valve under the van and turned it up , bingo problem solved so it looks like the tempering valve is only there to adjust shower temperature, and bathroom sink...

I've been looking at portable hot water systems and was wondering what others have to say about theirs. The Coleman Hot Water on Demand uses a proprietary gas cylinder, so that's out. But the Companion Aqua Cube looks good. Slightly larger than others, but reviews are good. There are so many to cho...

A very sad day today, After seven years of training in the medical field and hard work, a very good friend of mine was fired after one minor discretion. He slept with one of his clients, and can no longer work in the profession. What a waste of time, effort, training and money.... A genuinely nice guy an...

Help. Yes my sliding door has plastic fittings from the top of the door to the aluminium track. I still have the tabs that slide along the track. Just need to join them to the door. Jayco would only sell me a whole new track $295. Yeah right. Any ideas please. I might have to make my own clips. Dave

Our Navman drives us crazy so thinking of getting a Hema for our trip around Australia - has anyone some insight into the new Hema HX1 compared to the HN7 ? Also considering a personal locator beacum (PLB) for a bit of peace of mind - any ideas would be welcome.
