I have done a search but not found an answer to my problem. our 2006 Traveller front window is leaking NOT around the window frame but between the window and the window frame. Hello. Just wondering if the C612 (Bonang Road) is suitable for towing caravans. My partner is experienced with mountain towing (Brown, Talbingo, Hotham, Sue City), but this sounds like it might be longer, steeper, windier? Narrow roads with logging trucks and no guardrails freaks me out a bit. Th...

We replaced our 3 way fridge with a 12v bushman and wish to improve the vents to decrease the dust entering these. Has anyone found a suitable dust filter for this?

After having a new airconditioner installed in Adelaide, because of the limited time frame before heading back to Qld the old AC is still in place, when we finally get the unit removed, the opening is 400x400, the easiest reparation is to install another roof top vent, new vent has been ordered and wil...

Today I had our van and tow vehicle weighed by Dion of Weigh station based in Bannockburn. He came up to Ballarat. Our tow vehicle is a 2019 Parjero and van is a 17 1/2 foot pop top Jayco. Passed well within compliance weights. Dion said Parjeros can be tricky because of the low rear axel weight. Thought it...

So I want to upgrade my wind-down legs to the drop-downs. I have been reading about welding the mount brackets in place. Now my wind-downs are just tek screwed,2 on either side, to the chassis. Surely that would also be sufficient for the drop-downs? TIA

The lead news item tonight was a story about a gang of youths, some as young as 14, who were walking along a Mornington pier....pushed a elderly man off the pier into the water. The man couldn't swim and had to be rescued by shocked onlookers. The youths who were laughing, uploaded the vision to their soc...

Any wonder that as a country we are struggling to keep our infrastructure up with the demand placed on it from population growth. I am not sure if this includes the net gain regarding births and deaths. I could go on and on regarding why we have issues with vehicles, roads, housing, jobs etc etc, but I t...
