Hi everyone, Has anyone had any experience with the availability of camp spots in WA school holidays? Currently we are at CleavervilleBeach where we have quite a good spot & wondering if we should stay till after the holidays. Thanks, Chevy

great spot for self contain units ,no water and toilets only open from 8 -5 .good fishing and snorkeling and not many backpackers as the host turns them away if no toilet is onboard. (one could argue that most backers have a truck like a toilet .:)

I have found a beautiful camping spot that is not in any of the camping books. It is located on a well maintained gravel road off the South Coast Highway between Denmark and Walpole. Easy to find with sign on the highway. Lovely trees including lots of huge karri. Some sheep, llamas and even camels....

Good safe place to camp between Gero and Northampton WA 7k south of Oakabella home stead turn off on east side of highway, 200 mtrs down Howatharra Road on left side of road (old school site. no facilites but leval area to park up.

Try Point Heron WA (Peel Estuary) $10 per night but off season (after April) its free right on the water, great crabbing - No power but very clean flushing toilets.
