Bungle Bungles was great

We have just come out of the Bungles, what trip 53 ks of winding dirt road, with 18 creek crossings,b it worth every bit of it. The walks hard on your feet ,you really need to wear good walking shoes and a stick helps if you are not steady on your feet. We stayed over night, did the Chasm in the afternoon, which is walking on river rocks all the way,but well worth it at the end. Next day we did the Cathedral and domes walk in the morning then went back after to back up, we were able to do it that way because the camp ground was not busy, otherwise it is 10 am out. What a walk that was, Domes every where, a fantastic walk, recommend it to any one that is able to do it. Judy and Ben

Fantastic place, we loved it, and there were 28 water crossings going in for us! Fortunately the Bungles c/park has a wash-down spot.

Where did you leave your caravan, Going gone?

It is an amazing place - longest 53k ever - we had a cow nearly land on the bonnet of the car on the way out - don't know how he got his footing and stopped falling - but I was mighty grateful!!

A free camp just about 400mts on the opposite side of the road ,great creek the nice clean water to wash your van after you come out of the Bungles, can get very busy so need to get there early, and there is normally someone there to keep an eye on your van for you. Judy.
