Fire Starter
(Preview)
Collect a few pumice stones about the same size as a normal fire starter and keep them in a small jar of kero. Take one out as required, works very well. If you can find it in the fire after it goes out it can be re used. -- Edited by grahamg on Tuesday 19th of May 2015 08:41:13 AM

Hi all, Like many, I use a battery driven rattle gun to extend and retract the stablisers on our Pop Top. My question is, what is the consensus on lubricating the threads, bearing in mind road dust etc possibly contaminating the lubricant and creating a type of grinding paste. I was thinking either a dr...

Just replaced our towball after many years. I am now of the belief that one needs to replace the towball at least every two years. Small price to pay for peace of mind. Jay&Dee

how to insulate your RV .
(Preview)
A good cheap way to help keep the cold or heat out of your C/Van or Motorhome is to use bubble wrap on your windows .Use Blu Tack or even Velcro to keep it on. It will cut the temp down or up depending how hot or cold it is. Can buy it in rolls at post office or even those office supply shops or maybe via the net.
