Four weeks to the day since my operation I am back at greens. It's really lovely here, no wind. Got the little red car to get about in. got gearbox fixed in camper, so easy for me to change. Camper and myself both have clean bill of health, from a happy little camper.

A hot cuppa tea and a thick slice of fruit cake , yep .... that helps i tried a few nips of ginger ale and whiskey but that started to lead to a bad habit... I put the brakes on that .
