Redarc + sway control?

Hi. May Prado is fitted with a Redarc Tow Pro Elite brake thingy. I don't own a van yet but looking at a 17' single axle. Will I need to fit sway control thingys to the van or is the redarc thingy sufficient? Thanks. Noel

Wondered what type of jockey wheels that people are using with caravan moover like the purple line . Have a 4 degree upward slope to garage. About 3 meters of compacted gravel to concrete. Moovers work well. Jockey wheel cannot handle the weight despite being a steel center 8 inch ark wheel.
