A van came in to the park late last night 8/8.30pm, set up, then off they went this morning. It is now approx. 4 hours later and their little dog is tied up - admittedly with food and water, but is having a winey bark every so often - surely people who have pets with them should look after them properly!! Travelling around Victoria

I am about to organise a tour of Victoria. I have 8 weeks to spend touring and I just don't want to travel the highways. Is this too much time - not enough. If too long I thought of crossing the border to SA.
