There's a new player on scene called Lets Go Caravan Insurance ( comprehensive ) , got an email regarding them from the caravan industry association , if ur looking to reinsure then another option to quote , they have a std and prestige cover , I have no idea of premiums .

Just received my renewal for 18.6ft van insurance and after reducing the cover value by 5% for "depreciation" they have still manage to put the premium up by a whopping 20%. I wont mention the company yet, but would appreciate other nomads recommendation's. Cheers GB

Gday... A bit more comparison of the figures provided by the manufacturers. I have added some other common vehicles and have shown the comparison of 80% and 90% of maximum towing rating. The figures continue to be a little eye opening. It still assumes that each vehicle would only have 10% of that 80%...

If my only choice of a tow vehicle was between the Colorado 7 and the Isuzu MU-X which should I pick and why? Would love to hear from owners of both re the good and bad points. The weight of my van is no more than 2 tonne fully loaded. Thanks in advance to all who respond.
