Caravan Mirrors

Can anyone tell me how to stop the vibration in my new purchased side mirrors..they are the ratchet type that fit on the door ...I have tightened them up very tight (nothing more to tighten) and yet they still vibrate..there must be a way to stop them doing this. Drives me crazy ..Thanks for your advic...
