I have a Starcraft 2010 model caravan with Queen bed. I now find the queen is no longer serviceable and wish to replace it with 2 x single beds. Allows more room to move. I would like to hear from anyone who has done this modification, and some comments on associated costs. Many thanks

I was just reading an article in the Griffith (NSW) Free News saying that since they have cut out 3G that 4/5G was useless in country areas of western NSW. I think they were talking about internet and not phone. I thought connectivity ability was the same. The reason I am asking this is I have to upgrad...

Looking at WDH. Has anyone has/had experience with the Andersen Drop WDH. I have a Jayco Journey Outback so a 8 inch drop model probably required. (And for those wondering, we have had no issues over the last six years with the van nor our previous 3 Jayco's). If not an Andersen I would appreciate input b...

This question has probably been asked quite a bit, but here goes. I'm looking to install a Lockup Kit in my LANDCRUISER 200 series 2020. My two preferred options so far are The Richards Lockup Kit and The Stocklock Kit.
My question is has anyone had these kits throwing codes?
Should I have my ECU and Tr...

hello fellow nomads, I expect / hope to be living on the road sometime in the near future. Unfortunately, I will not have buckets of cash. I'm not real keen on the used motor-homes that would be within my budget; and am now thinking I should consider the Toyota Coaster. Can anyone please tell me which yea...

I have just installed a 5kw diesel heater.
I followed instructions on YouTube to bleed said unit, I could hear the pump running during the process, did this twice.
When I push the start up button on the control panel the fan starts but the pump does not, whereas it did during bleeding, also the control...

All of us: As age creeps up on the bride she finds that she gets good relief to leg swelling, foot pain, leg and foot cramps from a small heated foot boot, that unfortunately is not up to too much usage. Hours of driving or sitting in the confines of the van are becoming a problem. She can't jog with me - eve...

What will it be like in a month in Western and Central Queensland both roadwise and generally given the devastating floding. Fully like to add my cash to the economies but camps and even the more flashy parks I suspect will be a bit of a mess - and the roads - well who knows? B

We are doing some long range travel soon and want to be able to use internet for travel planning, streaming, etc. We know about Starlink, but its a bit expensive. Weve become aware of Nighthawk. Love positive and/or helpful messages to help us decide. Cheers.

A Dwarf boarded a bus and had to stand as it was full. A woman told her daughter to give up her seat for him. When she did he angrily told her that just because he was small he was perfectly capable of standing. The embarrassed child returned to her seat. Later, as a woman seated behind the Dwarf got up to get o...

Hi. I am worried about leaving my van when off grid or when there aren't many people around when I want to go for a walk / hike. I don't really want to fork out for a witi anti-theft device so I'm planning on a wheel clamp and hitch lock. Should I get a cheap GPS and hide it in the van too? Has anyone found a good GP...
