P 1248 trouble code

Hi everyone Im new here so not sure if this subject has been discussed before. I have a 2013 Landcruiser 200 series diesel. I have a scan gauge 3 fitted and the other day the car brought up this trouble code P 1248. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it? I cleared the fault and so far it hasnt come up again so Im wondering if it was just a hiccup. Thanks in advance for any help. Cheers Greg
