New to Grey Nomads

Hi all.  We have been camping with tents and camper trailers for many decades but now coming into retirement we are looking to buy a bus for a bit more luxury and ease of travelling.  Based in QLD there is much to see and do, so when the formal retirement comes Dec this year we will take to the roads outback for some slow and easy travelling. Looking forward to meeting everyone along the way and sharing life's stories.   Can I ask about trailer size for the bus (Hino 7mt). Is there any recommendations on size & weight for carrying something like a Jimmy?

Welcome to the Forum BernJen, Personally I think a Jimny as a toad would be a bit of an overkill with a 7meter bus as the bus could just about go anywhere that the Jimny could. Extra registration tires and fuel for little gain. A small trailer with a couple of light mopeds should be considered, perhaps?

A warm welcome from me also BernJen

I hope that when you finally retire, that there are many good road trips ahead of both of you

I have no idea what type/size of trailer, as I do not tow anything
