I have a 140amp solar panel on the roof of van and 2x120 amp agm batteries. I also have a 200amp solar blanket and would like to know if i can connect it to the batteries or somewhere else to help boost the charging of the batteries. Any advice would be appreciated. Below are photos of charger and solar controller. Thanks

Hi Wombat,
No issues at all connecting a portable solar panel or blanket.
I am assuming you have another solar controller for your solar blanket so connect that close to the batteries and then run a short length of cable to the outside with an Anderson plug secured somewhere to connect to your solar blanket. That way your solar controller is out the weather and will receive an accurate battery voltage reading.
For the future, if you have room, look at putting additional solar on the roof. All you will need to do is check the label on the back of the existing panel and buy any size panel that you can fit that has a similar voltage. Your Morningstar controller is ample size and all you would need to do is check the cable size to make sure it can carry the current but looking at the photos it looks ample. This is exactly what I did back a few months back.
Good luck
Tim
