problem with diesel heater

we have 2KW Air parking heater/set up in caravan with kit from DIESELHEAT from Tasmania/with 'DIGITAL CONTROL SWITCH'... heater will start noisily and with obvious diesel smoke/then it 'settles down' and runs normally/then stops and I got 2 different error messages/first 'IE 10'/second time 'IE 20'

I don't have a manual with the codes & I don't know where to find - see attached pic of remote control device - I think brand name is FB!!??

Dieselheat appear to sell Belief & Eberspacher heaters. The error codes for those can be found here. 

Whether helpful in resolving it I'm not sure.

I imagine a call to Dieselheat will prove useful. 

 

Youtube has quite a lot on Chinese diesel heaters, their error codes & how to fix them as well.
