Bmpro control Hub question

Hi guy, I have a Jayco outback journey deluxe pop top, with a single agm deep cycle battery connected through a J35B control node 102 this is displayed through a BmPro, control hub. My question is, I would like to connect another battery in Parallel, if I turn the isolation switch off and solar input off and disconnect the battery then wire in the 2 batteries in Parallel, after connection turn on isolation switch and solar, so after the battery has been disconnected for a period of time, will that upset the Bmpro control hub, ie will I have to reboot or reset the Bmpro control Hub?

I know that you will need to reset the battery capacity to the new level.
